After the mounting machine is installed, the pulverizing roller needs to be adjusted, and the gap is avoided, and the normal operation of the device is affected. There are two ways to adjust the gap of the pulverizing rolls: manual adjustment and automatic adjustment.
1, manually adjust the adjustment method of the equipment pulverizing roll gap: Open the maintenance of the maintenance of the crusher, relax the two pulverized roller bearing hoses, and then slowly rotate the pinion with a wrench. At the same time, the bearing housing must be adjusted simultaneously, synchronously adjust and adjust the direction at both ends of each roller, and observe the ruler and measure the two-roll gap until it meets the requirements. After adjusting, the two ends are tightened.
Note: The pulverized roller must be adjusted to maintain parallel with the pulverizer body, that is, the relative position of the four housing must move synchronously, otherwise the pulverizing roller will be damaged.
2, automatic adjustment method for automatic adjustment of the equipment pulverizing roller gap: automatic adjustment mode is much more simpler than manual adjustment mode, call up the touch screen clearance adjustment menu, enter the corresponding gap parameters, the device is automatically adjusted to the gap.
Note The setting range should be in 0.4mm to 1.2 mm. So everyone can choose a more appropriate commissioning method according to the actual use of the device, so that the debugging effect is better based on the actual use of the device. At the same time, when debugging the equipment gap, it is also necessary to do safety protection, avoid errors, and damage itself.
